Part of the research process while buying a new product is reading the average, and lowest rated reviews on the product first. This way you get honest reviews about real issues other buyers have had with the product. You can use your own discretion on whether the negative reviews are really helpful to you or not, but I find a lot of positive reviews come from people who haven’t had the product very long, so they can’t give a good idea of long term use.
